Hi! My name is Arianna and I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at London Business School. My research lies at the intersection of strategy and organization. I study the interplay between formal organization design and organizational culture, and its implications for collaboration and corporate performance. I am also very passionate about understanding how human-AI collaboration will shape the future of work.
Prior to joining academia, I worked as a Consultant for EY in Italy. I earned my PhD in Management at INSEAD, and my BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from La Sapienza University in Rome.
